DR. ADITI VIJ, president

Dr. Vij leads all facets of company back-office operations including the finance, contracts, staffing and human resources. She has over fifteen years of professional experience in a wide variety of operational roles for SSI Inc. Dr. Vij holds a degree in Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys mentoring middle and high schoolers in STEM related activities ranging from Science Olympiad to FIRST Robotics.

Mr. vineet vij, managing director

Mr. Vij provides the day-to-day leadership for the company. He has over twenty years of experience leading, managing, and consulting for public and private sector organizations that span the spectrum – from Fortune 100’s to start-ups. Mr. Vij holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and an M.B.A. in International Business. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
On weekends, he volunteers as the First Lego League (FLL) mentor, robot design judge and science-fair judge.
